To Mama:
I may not have understood the things you did for me as a child, and back then, I never really thanked you. Though it’s a bit late:

I drew this for my mom with the message quoted above.

See, whenever I was sick, my mom would make me hot chocolate and oatmeal porridge with evaporated milk and sugar. When they’re prepared, she calls me and I’ll just eat. I remember her giving me a kiss on my temple. I didn’t really feel her love back then, but now that I’m older, it leaves me teary-eyed to know that it was already her unconditional love.

I love you, Ma! Don’t ever think that I don’t.

“I swear! It’s really hot in my cube!”

The air conditioner near my cube isn’t always on. But even if it’s up, it’s only on fan-mode.

Well, this is an exaggeration of how it really is. It’s still quite cool in the office. I’m just the sweaty type, so it sucks!

I feel bad. I haven’t been drawing at all, not even during my boring times.

However, here’s a good sign: I’m doodling again! Here’s one. XD

I drew a caricature for my long-time friend, Aileen for her last day at our company. It took me 3 hours to draw, but it was well worth it! The caricature is mine but, overall, the huge card was designed and directed by Abi.
